Expertise and experience in large corporates, innovation and digital, IT and cyberresilience, doing business in emerging economies, and corporate governance and stakeholder management.

Oliver has in excess of 31 years' senior leadership experience in multinational organisations in the ICT industry and has worked extensively across the African continent, Middle East, United States and Asia. He has been Chief Executive of Airtel Business (Europe, Middle East and Africa) since 2023. He was previously Chief Executive of Seacom Limited, Group Enterprise Director of MTN Group, and BT Global Services Africa. Other previous non-executive directorships include those at Adapt-IT, Ellies Electronics Proprietary Limited, British Chamber of Business for Africa, IBM Southern Africa and Hewlett-Packard South Africa.
