Andiswa joined Nedbank on 18 August 2025 as the Group Managing Executive of Business and Commercial Banking and is a member of the Group Exco. She has 18 years of experience in business and investment banking, beginning her career with roles at Absa Capital and Standard Bank CIB, where she worked in debt structuring, syndication and distribution, and global markets. In 2018, she joined FNB and held several strategic leadership positions, including CEO of the FNB Business segment. Andiswa’s career reflects a deep commitment to driving both performance and purpose, with a particular focus on advancing financial inclusion and supporting the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
