About the programme
We see our young analysts as a valued part of our growing team, which is why our programme offers you the following:
- Rotational assignments across various business units that give you the chance to develop diverse skill sets and explore different divisions, empowering you to make an informed career choice.

How to qualify
Over and above drive and ambition, we are looking for candidates who have 0–2 years’ work experience and a postgraduate qualification, or candidates who are currently registered in their final year of a 4-year degree (with an overall average score of 65% across all years of study).
